Coaching is partnering with individuals in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches help people improve their performance and enhance the quality of their lives. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual needs. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has. -International Coaching Federation

This quote sums up what I aim to achieve through coaching, within an environment of trust and confidentiality.

When you make contact, I offer an initial session that is without cost or obligation. This is a ‘chemistry’ session where together we can assess if coaching will address your requirements. It allows you, the client, to ask questions and get a sense of who I am and how I go about coaching. It also allows me to get to know more about you and to assess if I can provide a useful and productive service to you.

Once we have agreed that coaching can offer you an exciting and practical opportunity for change and growth, the next step is to agree on a coaching contract (see New Client Registration Form) and to agree on the frequency and time of sessions. Typically sessions are held weekly or fortnightly and each lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

Sessions generally take place by face to face or by telephone for remote or travelling clients.
