Experience:
Robert’s approach is shaped by over 30 years of corporate experience culminating in five years of executive management at Vodacom. He’s worked across diverse industries including IT, education, contact centres, telecommunications, oil refining, banking, broadcasting and life insurance.
Qualified in coaching, psychology and electrical engineering, Robert brings rare technical understanding to his coaching.
In 2009 he left corporate employment and trained as an Integral coach at The Coaching Centre in Bergvliet, Cape Town. He is registered with the International Coach Federation and is bound by their code of ethics.

Robert has coached at many organisations, including Datacash (Mastercard), Old Mutual, The Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, Foschini, Risk Flow, Potion Design, The Clothing Bank and a variety of NGOs.

He also works extensively with private individuals.
